Use my documents

Your personal documents (see Upload and manage documents) are summarised into a short background about you. Each letter can use that background together with your CV.

On a letter, Use my documents is ticked by default. Untick it to write the letter from the CV alone. The CV stays the main source: if the background differs from the CV, the letter follows the CV.
